Robert with Old Mill Construction, recently replaced my roof that was leaking. He found structural issues and was able to repair those issues as well. His combinations of licenses made him knowledgeable and qualified to replace the roof and fix the structural problems. He was quick and courteous. He helped me negotiate with the insurance company and explained every step. I would definitely use him for any future construction needs as well as refer him to my family and friends if the need should ever arise.
