Pros: clear, straightforward contract and sales process. Roof looks great, was completed in 2 days, crew worked fast, foreman was onsite often enough to answer questions. Cons: disappointed in clean up, both on the actual roof and the yard. I’ve only scoured a small part of the backyard and have found what you see in the pics. Larger portion is what I’ve found so far in backyard, smaller portion of nails & debris I found on the completed roof. I understand the difficulty in finding every single nail in the yard. But what I’ve found so far (haven’t checked sides or front yard) seems excessive. Trying my best to remain objective, because Chris, Jeremy, and the office staff have been friendly and responsive. But the safety of my family has been somewhat compromised because my kids love being barefoot out in the yard. Now they can’t, because the risk of stepping on a nail has increased significantly. We’ll do our best to pick up every wayward nail. I’ve since gone to the hardware store to buy a magnet on wheels. But with the number of nails we’re finding, it seems like there’s no way we’ll find every single one given the leaves and layout of our yard. I wish it weren’t the case, but I needed to provide this feedback nonetheless. All that said, we’re blessed to have a new roof. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
