Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Nelson with Artisan Contracting Services (ACS) met with me after a major hail storm to explain the process of submitting a roof repair claim and even helped call the insurance claims department to start the claim and schedule the inspection. He participated in the inspection with the claims adjuster and made sure that nothing was overlooked. I was provided regular status updates as ACS ordered my preferred roofing material. Once materials were available the job started and completed on time. Repair quality appears to be good. I’ve inspected the attic during subsequent rain storms and there have been no leaks.
